Make gnus/message.el work correctly under lexical binding

* lisp/gnus/message.el (message-send-mail): Rename `arg' to
`_' to shut up the byte compiler.
(sha1-maximum-internal-length, smtpmail-smtp-server)
(smtpmail-smtp-service): add missing defvars
